Order Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days after it is placed. Orders are considered dispatched once they are handed off to our shipping carrier and are in transit to your chosen address.

During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days due to high order volumes.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellations.

If an issue is detected with your shipping details, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify the information. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

To correct shipping details, email us at contact@tenzify.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they cannot be guaranteed after this time.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive to ship orders promptly, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Address verification or payment processing delays

If there are any issues affecting your delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with the courier to resolve them. Please note that Tenzify is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, it is their responsibility to deliver it safely. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at contact@tenzify.com for assistance.

To resolve lost or stolen package issues, we recommend:

  1. Contacting the courier to file a claim.
  2. Providing any required documentation to the courier for the claims process.

While Tenzify cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will assist in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
