Refund Policy – Tenzify
At Tenzify, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products that solve your skincare and self-care needs. We believe in the effectiveness of our products, which is why we recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits before considering a return. If you are not completely satisfied within our 60-day Money-Back Guarantee period, please contact us at contact@tenzify.com.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order will have entered the processing phase, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality and effectiveness of Tenzify products. To give them a fair chance to work, we encourage you to use them for at least 14 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may return the items within our 60-day guarantee period.
Please note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, contact us by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or emailing us directly at contact@tenzify.com. To expedite your return, please include your Order Number, Name, and the Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
We take extra care to package our products securely to prevent damage during transit. Items are considered damaged if they are defective or physically broken. Please note: Cosmetic damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, is not considered damage if the product inside remains intact and functional.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@tenzify.com. Include clear photos of the damage in your message. If eligible, we will replace the damaged product free of charge.
We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier issues, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you encounter delivery problems, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a refund or resend.
